my endo RCE and RCF 心得
1st appointment :
-- check WL to #25 or #30, GG #2 #3 to middle third of root
2nd appointment :
-- re-check WL (endometer)
-- use #30 or #25 H or K file to remove smear layer (每一次換drill)
-- K3 .06 #20 >> K3 .06 #25 .>> Protaper F3 (每換一隻 用紗布移除drill 上的debris )
-- GG #3 #2 before RCF
-- filling 先用 #30 k file 帶入 cement
通常 一顆牙齒(後牙)幾乎都在2次內完成 心得參考
