-- 26 27 severe chronic periodonitis, hopeless tooth, post- EXT 1.5 months

-- 11 mesial angular bone defect 

-- 26 lateral window sinus lifting procedure 

-- 11 perio regenerative Sx.

~~ ultrasonic instrument to perform sinus lift Sx.

~~ hand instrument to membrane lift 

~~ Bone graft (FDBA) 0.75-1 cc 

 ~~ collagen membrane (Peri-Aid )

~~ 推的過程　sinus membrane perforation is noted (mild < 3mm), use collagen membrane to repair
~~ 再補上Ｘ－ＲＡＹ及拆線PHOTO
~~ 術後一天有流鼻血 但少量 術後7 天拆線 傷口甚佳
