-- 5-0 nylon suture

-- try to think  question
   A. pre-OP CT to confirm bone shape and quality
   B. tending screw or other space making tool
   C. new collagen membrane (Taiwan company pig dermis ), hard to control
   D. suture technique and material
   E.  mini implant ??

implant surgery visit (posterior GBR 6 months)
-- remove Ti-mesh  and and periosteum-like tissue attache Ti-mesh
-- about 3-4 mm horizontal bone regain after GBR (original 1-2mm bone horizontal bone width )
-- few residual bone graft particle above ridge
-- mini implant is selected to implant (MDL 2.5 mm x 13mm length )
-- suggest single crown and resin to correct anterior contour
